Week 9
Progress
Over the course of week 9, we edited the final report and revised sections highlighted to us by Dr. Speidel; in particular, making the goal of the project more clear as well as the problem we agreed upon. We revised the design of the heat pipe, foregoing the wick in favor of using gravity at the cost of having to orient the pipe with the cooler end above the heated end. The resulting data shows the smoothest curve out of all the experiments by far.
We are finalizing our final report and presentation and have assigned specific roles to each member for the presentation.
